CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 82(L&C) "An Act making certain activity                                       
related to commercial electronic mail unlawful and an unfair method                                 
of competition or an unfair or deceptive act or practice under the Act                              
enumerating unfair trade practices and consumer protections" was read                               
the second time.                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                   
objection, it was so ordered.
